There is 2 guys living there this fall and with you, there will only be 3 of the 4 bedrooms filled. This is a 4 bed, two bath apt. so there is plenty of room for 3 people. The 4th bedroom can be used as a study room or w/e you all decide. There is new carpet and have a big screen tv. Everyone is paying 305 a person for rent and then utilities will be split between the three of you, so total per month per person should be around 365-370 a month. Littleton is very close to campus and out of all the places I looked this is the best I could find for the price. I will be taking a co-op internship and coming back in January but if you wanted to stay the entire year then I would just find another place to live somewhere further from campus. It really doesnt matter to me so if you were looking somewhere for the entire year thats totally cool. The other students are both over 21 and will be seniors.
